Investigation Into Fatal Car Accident

New information into a deadly crash in eastern Kentucky that killed a man.

Lab results now reveal the driver of the other car was not drunk at the time of the crash.

Earl Bowen of Johnson County was not over the legal alcohol limit when he allegedly caused the deadly accident last month.

Bowen was charged with murder and first-degree DUI immediately following the accident that killed Franklin Prater.
