The people living along the Indian Creek say within ten minutes the water overflowed the creeks banks traveling hundreds of yards flooding their homes.

Jerry Sparks says he's lived along the Indian Creek for about three months, and experienced two floods.

The latest flood, brought about a foot of water into his trailer.

Sparks says as the water rose he could feel the trailer shifting off it's foundation.

"The water was seeping through the floor 10 to 12 inches inside. I was kind of swimming around in there," Sparks says.

The flood victim says he was in the process of remodeling but after the latest flood he says he's not going to stick around to see if the area will flood for a third time.

He continues to salvage everything he can and wait until FEMA arrives to see if he qualifies for assistance.
