Lexington Man Sentenced For Killing Roommate

Sentencing day for a Lexington man convicted of shooting his roommate.

A judge handed down a sentence of 10 years this morning for Michael Kollros.

A jury found him guilty of second degree manslaughter late last month.

Kollros shot Daniel Butcher after a night of heavy drinking at their home on Rugby Road.

Kollros was originally charged with murder.
