A lawsuit involving a young teenager who's feet were cut off by a Six Flags Amusement Park ride is on hold while both sides come to an agreement on lab testing.

13 year old Kaitlyn Lasitter's feet were severed while riding the Superman Tower of Power back in June.

Officials say a cable snapped and cut off her feet, but they're not sure why.

Lasitter's family is suing the Louisville amusement park, but a judge cancelled their hearing today after learning all sides are close to agreeing on which lab will test the broken cable.
