Police in Breathitt county have arrested the parents of the 10 -month-old baby boy after a grand jury indicted 24 year old Karen Miller and 33 year old Robert Miller for the murder of Braxton Miller back in June.
This comes after police say the baby died of a meth overdose.
At first, the police and coroner could not figure out how Miller died.
The coroner says the autopsy showed no abnormal findings, but when they got the toxicology results back, they determined Braxton Miller was killed by a methadone overdose.
The case was turned over to the grand jury who have since indicted the parents on murder.
Both Karen and Robert Miller are being held on a $175, 000 bond.
