A sexual assault investigation is underway at a Lexington nursing home.
Police are looking into a report of a rape involving an 89-year-old resident at the Pimlico Manor Nursing Home.
Police reports show that the victim was found in bed with another resident. Police say a rape test has been done but no charges have been filed.
Police are also looking into whether or not either the victim or the suspect could have been capable of consent.
The nursing home refused to comment on the investigation.
