Search for missing dog continues

Dozens of volunteers are still searching for "Copper." "Copper" is a dog that went missing in Frankfort earlier this month. She is a shiba inu. Not long after she went missing, she ended up at the county animal shelter. Workers there mistakenly identified her as a coyote and opted to release her into the wild.

Now there are dozens of people who are working together in hopes of finding "Copper." They met up in Frankfort Friday evening to discuss their search plans and to collect fliers to distribute across the community.

If you have any information on "Copper's" whereabouts, you're asked to call (502) 226-2580.
