UPDATE: Warning about book selling scam

They claimed to be selling books for charity but police say a group of men were actually trying to scam people out of money.

Today, Lexington Police warned people that more victims may be out there, and if you think you might have become a victim, to contact them.

Police also say that the five arrested, Anthony Lacman, Henry Siegman, Justin Davidson, Jeremy Albertson and Tyler Smith, used some of the money they scammed from people at strip clubs.

All 5 are charged with theft and engaging in organized crime.

The five allegedly went around the Polo Club community, claiming to be UK students and asking for money.

Investigators say some of the men were also asking for money they claimed would go towards children's hospitals.

Investigators think the men may have taken advantage of people in the Somerset area as well.
