Hearing On Murder Suspect's Health 
A hearing is set for Tuesday morning in Boyle County to determine if an 82-year-old man is physically able to stand trial on a murder charge.
Jack Caldwell, Senior, is accused of shooting his neighbor, Jim Trachsel, to death during an argument over a lawnmower in 2004.
A judge has said Caldwell does have the mental capacity to take part in his defense.
Caldwell is said to be in poor health.
