Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
We are looking great to start off the work week! Our highs will be in the 50s with sun and clouds. We will have breezy conditions as winds look to be in the 15-25 mph range with gusts even higher. Tuesday looks to be another dry one with highs in the 40s and 50s. Wednesday will be a different story. A low pressure system to our south will scoot across the southeast leaving us on the north side where the coldest air is located. The moisture looks to be there, but if we can tap into colder air then we will see some snow out of this, but right now it looks to be a rain/snow mix during the day on Wednesday. Valentine's Day still looks to be dry, but it will be chilly with highs in the 30s.
