A Flood Watch and a Winter Storm Watch are out for the entire region late Tuesday through early Thursday. We are back to the daily grind and the weather is not in our favor. We start the work week off on a soggy note with scattered showers and a few strong storms. There is a slight chance at severe storms this afternoon. Most of us picking up .25"-5." of rain through the day. The rain will be spotty meaning that you won't have constant rain all day long. Highs this afternoon will finish off in the 60s. Cooler air filters in here tomorrow with highs in the 50s. Not only will we be with cooler air, but showers will accompany them too.
Rain tapers off on Wednesday with one more day of below average temperatures before much warmer air filters into the area. Thursday through the weekend features temperatures in the 60s and 70s. Our warmest day will be on Sunday with afternoon highs in the low to mid 70s! The only rain chance during that stretch will be on Friday at 40%.
