A stormy start to the work week

Showers and thunderstorms have moved back in the forecast to start off the work week. You will have a few strong storms today, but the potential is there for a couple isolated severe cells too. Damaging winds will be the main factor today with minor flooding possible.

After today we won't see the 80s for everyone until the weekend! Some unseasonably cool air comes flowing in on Tuesday. This shot of cool air will bring us the 70s for highs from Tuesday through Friday! Expect much of this time to be dry too.

Come Friday a wave of energy heads in our direction. Mainly showers with a few rumbles of thunder will move in giving us some much needed rain. The rain chances look to decrease during the weekend, but still look to at least have a slight chance.
