Some areas have picked up better than a foot of snow. We still have several more inches possible through the afternoon.
The brand new work week is here and with it comes chances for showers and thunderstorms. To start the week we'll see mainly isolated activity for both Monday & Tuesday. The heat and humidity will also show up through midweek.
Wednesday and Thursday will feature our best rain chances. A very potent cold front will cross Kentucky and spark the showers and storms. This cold front will have all kinds of cool air built up behind it. We'll see two seasons this week. Summer and a true taste of Fall.
Once we get into the end of the week and into the weekend we'll be talking about highs in the low and mid 70s. That's it! Some great feeling air for the end of Summer. The overnight lows will lurk in the low 50s and I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see some upper 40s.
