A storm complex will affect our region again today. Expect scattered storms to pick up during the afternoon hours. Damaging winds, flooding and lightning are the main concerns as these storms roll through.
A fast moving system will bring a taste of winter weather to the region overnight and early Tuesday. Rain will continue to increase this evening and it could be heavy at times.
Colder air will then swing in overnight and that could change the rain to a period of light snow by early Tuesday morning. I can't rule out some light accumulations across the northern half of the state. This would mainly be on grassy and elevated surfaces.
The mixed bag of weather will move out by midday Tuesday with highs remaining in the upper 30s and low 40s.
