Rain and a mix continues to work into eastern Kentucky as temps drop into the 30S. The next round of mix and snow slides in late this evening into tonight from the northwest.
Temps today hit the upper 70s and low 80s with plenty of sunshine as warmer air continues to work in. This made for great weather for all the outdoor activities on this Memorial Day.
This warm air will send thermometers soaring over the next few days as readings hit the middle and upper 80s. We will see mainly dry weather during this time.
Humidity levels will increase and give us a true summer feel here in Kentucky.
The next threat for scattered storms will arrive on Friday and hang around into the coming weekend. Temps should stay on the warm side.
