Afternoon storms bring new round of damage

Dispatchers in Casey County report a home there has damage from storms that moved through Kentucky Wednesday afternoon. The winds blew out windows to a home on Thomas Ridge Road. They tell us trees are also down across KY 910 and there is debris on CR 1547.

The Russell County sheriff says the northern part of their was hit hardest by the storms Wednesday. He says several mobile homes and barns have been blown down three miles north of Russell Springs, around Highway 127 and State Highway 76, near Pattie Ridge Road.

Dispatchers in Pulaski County are also reporting damage. They say winds have blown down trees in much of the county, especially on Flatwoods Road. There are also trees down in the Science Hill area and
barns down on Stilesville Road.
