Alleged robbery victim arrested for assaulting a baby

A man is now in jail, charged with shaking a baby.

The suspect, Norris Joseph, was released from the hospital early Friday morning.

On Thursday we reported Joseph told police he was assaulted and robbed while walking at North Limestone and Sixth Street.

Joseph is charged with fourth-degree assault. He was suspected of roughing up a baby, who was in a car seat. There's no word on the baby's condition.
