FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Nearly 200 authors and illustrators are lined up for this year's Kentucky Book Fair, set for Saturday in Frankfort.

Best-selling mystery writer Sue Grafton of Louisville, University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino and Kentucky poet and author Wendell Berry headline the 32nd annual event. It runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST at the Frankfort Convention Center.

Past proceeds total more than $350,000. Funds go to school and public libraries and literacy programs across Kentucky.

On Friday, the third annual Children's Day will be held at the convention center with authors of books for children and young adults from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The book fair and Kentucky Historical Society will present the panel, "Desegregating Baseball: The Kentucky Connection," at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Old Capitol.
