Another cold night is taking shape across central and eastern Kentucky. Temps by Friday morning will drop into the mid and upper teens for many areas. Afternoon readings will hit the mid and upper 30s as clouds slowly increase.
Those clouds are ahead of our next system that brings snow and rain into the region by Friday night. Some slushy accumulation will be possible for some areas before rain takes over on Saturday.
As our storm pulls off to the northeast, light snow and snow showers will kick in Saturday night into Sunday. Highs on Sunday will only be in the mid to upper 20s.
Another light snow maker is possible by the middle of next week.
