High pressure continues to dominate the region allowing a clear and crisp start. Many areas are to the lower 50s with pockets of upper 40s this morning. As the day progresses, expect another pleasant and sunny day with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. The area of high pressure will slide farther to our east tomorrow, brining more of a southerly flow. It will be warmer Wednesday with highs settling in the lower to middle 80s with slightly more low-level moisture moving in. Highs remain in the lower to middle 80s Thursday with early sunshine leading a partly cloudy afternoon. A cold front will bring our next chance for precipitation from late Friday night through parts of your Saturday. For now, the timing suggests the showers/storms will be gone by the UK kicks off Saturday evening against WKU. Sunday looks dry and pleasant. We’ll be in the 70s for highs this weekend.
Have a great Tuesday.
