Arctic air slides in with all eyes on the wintry weekend!

This is something we haven't seen in a while. Consecutive days of sunshine. Unfortunately this sunshine won't help us that much as our highs rise to the mid to upper 20s. It's going to be a cold one today to say the least. We actually see a warmup coming the next couple of days as that is all ahead of our next system. We will be dry during the daylight hours on Friday, but that changes during the evening.

Friday evening is when we can expect a wintry mix headed our way. It shouldn't be much, so don't cancel plans. Rain picks up on Saturday expecting around .5". Not a washout, but more of just a widespread system, which means nearly everyone gets in on the mix. During Saturday night and into Sunday everything turns into snow.
