Arrest made in connection with Lexington armed robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police have arrested a man who they say is linked to at least one armed robbery in Lexington.

Police arrested 19-year-old Ian Satterfield on Tuesday, he is charged with one count of first degree robbery, and they say he may be facing at least one other charge.

According to police Satterfield and at least one other person committed a robbery on Pimlico Parkway last Friday night. They say Satterfield’s co-defendant pulled a gun.

Police also suspected Ian’s brother, Ivan Satterfield, along with Whitney Wright, Jordan Cole and a 17-year-old police aren’t identifying, as all being involved in the robberies on Lin Wal and Pimlico Parkway.

The victim on Lin Wal said over the weekend that she recognized the Satterfield brothers when they came into her home and robbed her.
