UPDATED: Arrest made in case of Fleming Co. human remains

FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WKYT) - We have confirmed the name of the man arrested in connection to human remains found in Fleming County this spring.

Mason County Jail Officials confirm the jail is holding Mariano Arias for two murders in Fleming county in 2010.

Kentucky State Police made the arrest early Thursday.

The human remains were found in a wooded area on Delaney Road in April.

The Fleming County coroner confirmed two sets of remains were found.
