Arrest made in Umi Southworth case

Breaking news tonight out of Lexington.
Lexington Police have made an arrest in connection to the murder of Umi Southworth. They'll discuss the events later tonight.
Back in June of last year, officers found 44-year-old Umi Southworth behind her home. Believing her to be dead, they called homicide detectives. But the coroner arrived later to discover Southworth was still alive. She died the next day at UK Hospital.
Now, a new policy calls for police to call emergency services, even if no sign of life is detected. So far, police have not identified who they have arrested in connection to the murder, but they are holding a news conference at midnight.
