PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - An assistant commonwealth's attorney is on the other side of the law tonight--facing a DUI charge.
The Commonwealth Journal reports ... State Park Rangers arrested Jeremy Bartley at a roadblock in Jamestown last weekend.
Bartley serves Pulaski, Lincoln and Rockcastle counties.
Commonwealth's attorney Eddy Montgomery told the paper Bartley hasn't been disciplined.
He says he's waiting to see how the court case plays out.
