Updated: Thu 12:57 PM, Feb 28, 2013

MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (WKYT) - A central Kentucky community is targeting suspected drug dealers.

Mount Sterling Police have teamed up with State Police, ATF and DEA for Operation Reclamation.

Together, the agencies have arrested dozens of alleged drug dealers. Mount Sterling Police tell us they have made several hundred arrests since the creation of their Narcotics Investigation Unit. They expected to catch more than 100 alleged criminals in this latest roundup.

There is not set time frame to complete Operation Reclamation. Police officials say they'll pursue the alleged drug dealers for as long as it takes.

Police tell us they're interviewing those arrested to see if they can find any new trends in the drug circles.
