LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A three month old is safe tonight after a man kidnapped the baby.
State police say 28-year-old Bobby Jordan Bruce took the infant from Laurel County around 7:30 p.m.
Investigators found him at the Wendy's in Williamsburg less than an hour later, where he handed the baby over.
We're told Bruce is familiar with the baby, but right now the relationship is unclear. He has been arrested.
