A woman arrested after a child she was watching died now faces a murder charge.
A grant jury indicted 36 year old Marquita Bunch on the new charge on Monday.
In May, Covington police say she reported 1 year old William Cunningham missing while she was babysitting him.
Police later found the child's body in a closet at a Cincinnati home.
Burch told police the boy was injured after falling down some stairs.
The coroner says if Burch had called for help, the boy would have likely survived.
