BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- We've learned a former southeastern Kentucky substitute teacher has been arrested.

Police in Bell County have charged Adam Hunter, 25, of Pineville with using a minor under sixteen in a sexual performance and distributing obscene matter to minors.
