BEREA, Ky. (AP) - A 77-year-old Berea man suffered fatal injuries when he got out of his truck and it rolled over him.

Police say the accident occurred on a steep hill Wednesday on Scaffold Cane Road.

The Richmond Register reports the truck had a large horse trailer attached. Hubert Grey was pronounced dead at the scene by Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison.

Cornelison says Grey was seen pulling into his driveway. But his wife looked out the window later that morning and saw there had been an accident.

Police determined that Grey had been struck by his pickup as he got out of the vehicle.
