Rounds of showers and storms continue to push across the region. Flash flooding is the main threat tonight into Wednesday.
A weak cold front is working across the bluegrass state this evening. Gusty winds and isolated showers are combining for to make things rather ugly out there.
The good news is better weather is on the way for the next couple of days. Highs on Thursday will hit the 50s under a partly sunny sky. Winds will continue to crank up through Friday as even milder air swings in from the southwest.
Temps by Friday will hit the 60s as we hang on to the sunshine.
A cold front enters the weather picture later Saturday and that brings our next chance for showers. Much colder air swings in behind this front with 40s for highs on Sunday.
It looks to get even colder as we head into next week with highs in the 30s possible. A little rain or snow may go along with the chilly temps as Old Man Winter hangs around.
