TRAFFIC ALERT: Bike lanes to be created on busy street

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A traffic alert to tell you about, that could impact your travel plans starting Monday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet tells us workers will be re-striping Vine Street between Broadway and Limestone, and from Rose Street to Broadway.

The project will create permanent bike lanes and parking lanes.

The work will begin Monday and continue through Friday.
