Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
PARIS, Ky. (WKYT) - The boil water advisory for the Clintonville Road area of Paris has been lifted.
Water customers in the City of Paris Combined Utilities are under a boil water advisory.
We're told the advisory is for customers from Bradford Lane to Southern Hills Subdivision. This includes subdivisions of Bradford Drive, Greystone, Brookestone, and Southern Hills.
The advisory is active until further notice.
The advisory is due to a main break near the Brookestone Subdivision area.
Water should be boiled for no less than three minutes at a full rolling boil.
Water tests were conducted Wednesday and because of the results the Boil Water advisory continues to be in effect.
This is for City of Paris water customers only and does not include Kentucky American Water customers on Clintonville Road.
