The risk for strong and severe thunderstorms will be on the increase late this afternoon into the evening. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the entire area in a slight chance for severe weather through Wednesday.

Boild water advisory issued

LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WKYT) - The South Anderson Water District ha issued a boil water advisory.

The advisory effects everyone on Bardstown Road west of Beaver Lake, and all connecting roads in Anderson County.

The boil water advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
