BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - State Police have arrested a man, and charged him with distributing and possessing child pornography.
We were there as Kentucky State Police arrested James Wells at his home on Lilleston Avenue in Paris.
Investigators tell us that, in the last three months, Wells downloaded thousands of files of child pornography.
He is listed at the Bourbon County Detention Center.
