OSLO, Norway (AP) - Anders Behring Breivik says he won't appeal his prison sentence for the massacre of 77 people in bomb and gun attacks last year.
At the end of his sentencing hearing Friday, Breivik said appealing the judgment would "legitimize" the court.
He also apologized to "militant nationalists" for not having killed more people in the attacks in July last year.
Prosecutors said they needed more time to decide whether to appeal.
