CLARK/ESTILL COUNTIES, Ky. (WKYT) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the Highway 89 bridge on the Clark-Estill County line reopened to traffic tonight.
However, work on the bridge will continue the rest of the week.
We're told lane closures are espected.
