Lexington Police were involved in an intense search for a burglar who broke into a Lexington home. The crime happened just before five Friday morning on Forest Avenue.

The victim told police he woke up and found that his door was open. Several electronic items were missing from his home. His car was also gone.

A neighbor spotted a man carrying a TV and was able to give police a limited description of the suspect. Police later recovered a TV nearby.

No arrests have been made.

Police think the burglar came in through the man's back door.
