Burglars steal guns from Laurel County home

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A man says he returned home form his Christmas vacation, only to find his home had been broken into.

Rufus Bruner, Jr. says he was gone from his Laurel County home for nearly two weeks.

During that time, he says burglars took nearly twenty guns from his home. He says one of them had sentimental value.

"A pistol that belonged to my grandfather, one that belonged to my grandmother, and one to my daddy, and those can't be replaced," said Bruner.

Cumberland Valley Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
