Bystander tackles suspect, helps officer makes arrest

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - A bystander helped an officer make an arrest by tackling a suspect.

We're told the officer was in the process of handcuffing 26-year-old Joshua Oliver when he got away.

The officer was able to take him in after the bystander stepped in.

Oliver is charged with burglary and fleeing and evading.
