LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness program needs help from the community. CSEPP is asking people in Clark, Estill, Garrard, Jackson, Laurel, Madison and Powell counties to take a survey. The survey will gauge emergency readiness levels in those communities.
