LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - John Calipari is looking for leaders as he prepares to take his team to Missouri Saturday afternoon. Calipari says leaders serve everyone and he wants his players complimenting and encouraging each other.

"What it means to lead is serve everyone else." said Calipari. So when someone says there's no leadership, there's no one serving another player on the team. All their emotions are tied to how they're playing."

"We've been working on that a lot in practice and stuff like that." said sophomore Dakari Johnson. "Coach Cal, actually during the last couple of practices, everytime someone does something good, it can be the simplest thing, he just tells us, ya know, say good job, or stuff like that and just be encouraging."

Calipari said again Friday he's coaching his youngest team ever. "When you're dealing with a young team, you're trying to get them out of their mindset and their minds into team, lose yourself in the team."

UK and Missouri tipoff at 1:00 p.m on WKYT. Game Time Wildcat Warm-up will begin at Noon.
