Crews investigating house fire near Richmond

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - Investigators are trying to figure out what started an early morning fire that destroyed a central Kentucky home.

Three fire departments responded to the fire Wednesday morning on Greens Crossing Road, which is between Richmond and Waco.

Officials say when they arrived, the mobile home was fully engulfed.

Firefighters say neighbors told them a family had just moved out of the home a few days ago.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
