DANVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - A Central Kentucky factory is set to close, leaving dozens without a job.
The Red Wing shoe company has announced it will be shutting down its Danville plant at the end of the year.
We're told the company will move production to its factories in Minnesota and Missouri.
Sixty-eight people work at the Danville plant. Red Wing originally panned to close in 2009, but an increase in business allowed the company to keep it open longer.
