SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - Investigators have told us that charges are still pending after a driver rear-ended a motorcyclist in southern Kentucky.
Jonathan Moore is in the Pulaski County Detention Center, charged with DUI.
Somerset police said the crash happened just before midnight Sunday night on Highway 914 at Highway 192. A 2000 Pontiac Trans Am crashed into the back of a Yamaha motorcycle. The driver of the car, Jonathan Moore, is charged with DUI. Police say he could also be charged with wanton endangerment or assault.
The motorcyclist and his passenger on the bike were flown into UK Hospital and their conditions have not been made public. The man on the motorcycle has since been identified as Joshua Johnson, but police say they don't know who the woman riding with Johnson is because she did not have any identification on her.
