Child found in car with suspected drunk driver

Police arrest a suspected drunk driver, and say he had a young child in the car with him.

Frankfort police charged 41 year old Robert Berrie with several charges including DUI and wanton endangerment after a traffic stop on Thursday.

Police discovered a 5 year old in the car after making the stop.

A family member picked the childl up after Berrie's arrest.
