Rounds of showers and storms continue to push across the region. Flash flooding is the main threat tonight into Wednesday.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington church is opening its doors to help people stay warm.
Members at Harvest Worship Center tell us they opened the shelter because they noticed there wasn't a city run warming center in the Cardinal Valley neighborhood. The church is located at 1820 Oxford Circle.
The church also opened a shelter during the first arctic blast that hit Kentucky in early January. Leaders say they were able to serve almost 50 people last time.
The shelter will stay open for the daytime hours.
