A judge has postponed a civil trial stemming from the crash of Comair Flight 5191 just weeks before it was supposed to begin.
The judge said Thursday he wanted to give more time to resolve a conflict regarding one of the the daughters of crash victim Bryan Woodward.
The trial will decide whether Comair owes millions of dollars in punitive damages to Woodward's widow.
The Herald-Leader reports the judge did not set a new date for the trial.
49 people died in the 2006 crash near Blue Grass Airport.
