Cold front expected to start the week

We've seen the off and on showers this weekend as the warm front passed. Now we're feeling very warm temperatures for this time of year with plenty of humidity and clouds. Some patchy drizzle will be possible through the day with a better chance of rain across southern and eastern KY. Highs will reach near 60 with breezy southerly winds. Tonight a few more showers will roll in with lows around 51.

Monday a cold front that's set up to our west will make a move toward the Bluegrass. Rain and storms will be likely as the front passes with a brief change over to light snow Monday night into early Tuesday as temperatures drop into the upper 20s. Tuesday will be a chilly day with highs struggling to get out of the 30s. Temperatures start to rebound on Wednesday ahead of a stronger cold front that looks to bring rain late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. We have a better potential for snow on Thursday with a shot of some very cold air.

We'll continue to track the changes in the weather through the week.
