LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Couch burning has somehow become a popular thing to do following a University of Kentucky win in the NCAA Tournament. And now, Lexington firefighters are not the only ones discouraging the practice.
On Monday morning, officials at the Community Inn posted a sign on their building. It reads, "Don't burn couches. We need'em. Go Cats!"
The Catholic Action Center is also hosting a viewing party for the homeless to come and watch the game.
